Music Player

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and “Mytechnosound” regarding your 
downloading, installation and use of Mytechnosound's mobile application software and
 related services.

YOUR DOWNLOADING, INSTALLATION AND USE OF THIS MOBILE APPLICATION
SOFTWERE IS BASED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE
TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.


Mytechnosound has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement regarding the updates
of the Software. You can check the modified version of this Agreement from our official 
Google Play Store page.

1 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
Mytechsound develops the Mobile Application Software independently. You
acknowledge and agree that Mytechsound retains all copyrights, trademarks, patents,
business secrets, including all intellectual property rights and any other related
rights, titles, and interests with regard to this Software

2 PRIVACY POLICY
Use of the software is also governed by Mytechsound's Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated herein by reference. Your privacy is important to us. We designed
Mytechsound's Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how we collect
and use your information. We encourage you to read the Mytechsound Privacy Policy
carefully and use it to make informed decisions.

2.1 Android.Permission.RECORD_AUDIO
Mytechsound uses your “Android.Permission.RECORD_AUDIO” Permission. This is
the only way to do so. . “audio recoding” feature demands “RECORD_AUDIO”
Permission. Mytechsound does not collect or transfer any audio or voice data to us or
to any third party

3 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES AND DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge and agree that the mobile application Software and related
services may have potential risks. In no event shall Mytechsound be liable for any
risks.

4 TERMINATION
You have the right to fully and permanently remove the Software from your mobile
device at any time and terminate this Agreement.

5 INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USED Our app uses third party services and that may collect information about you. Link to the privacy policy that are used in our application given below. By agreeing to the terms and conditions/ privacy policy of our application, you agree to to the privacy policies of the below mentioned SDK's/API. 1 Admob 2 Facebook 6 LINKS TO OTHER SITE Our app may contain links to other sites part of ad services. If you click on a link, you will move to that site and this third party sites are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content and other activities of that third party service/site.

    This is the most satisfying classic music app with many features I've ever seen. I really really like it. If you add thoose feature in next update then this app will be allll in onne app for music.

    1) Widget transparency option / Glass widget.
    2) Show scrollable lyrics above song album.
    3) Headphone button controll.

    please consider thoose in next update. please. This app will be all in one. I'm using this app for long time. I really like it. 😊

    Well hell.....howdy y'all mes and mes sister wife and nephew son love this here STRANGE Music device I can't believe I just push these here buttons and music Plays its Its like momma said they done been using alien stuff they done found to make these here devices.. WOW its like somethin outta the X-FILES!!!


    Ok really though this Music app and tubemate make an awesome team tubemate let's me download ANYTHING of of YouTube and then gets run through a video to audio mp3 track and bam you got uhhhhhhh.....I think as of rn I have 35 or 40 songs cause I found and downloaded albums itz dope yo again incase you have not heard of it just open your browser and type tubemate.com and because it's an unknown app (which by the way is only for android users) but it's gonna ask you to go to your settings and turn off the block unknown apps system and make sure that you get the latest version its going to have alot of choices but the newest version of the app is marked as such I've had it on everyone of my phones and never had issues so don't worry now go get the app and download until your hearts content ok PEACE

    The privacy policy I'm ok with. I've had this app for quite a while. What I am NOT OK WITH:
    1. I can NO LONGER DOWNLOAD songs to this app and I don't know why. Do I need a new downloader? Is there a compatible app that I need to purchase? I can only follow the rules that I KNOW ABOUT!!
    2. For the 2nd time in LESS THAN A MONTH EVERY ONE OF MY PLAYLISTS have disappeared!!! The categories are still there but the playlists themselves are empty. Once is a fluke but twice is intentional!!! This SAME COMMENT was made twice in AUGUST OF 2018 with NO NOTICABLE RESPONSE. Is there a fee for playlists or does it state SOMEWHERE that playlists REMAIN intact for a specified time period? Again, I can only follow the rules that I am aware exist!!

    Now what can be done to SATISFY THIS VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER????
